Which European countries do you ship to?
We ship to most countries within the European Union, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and more. Please note that we currently do not ship to islands or overseas territories outside the mainland EU.
How long is the warranty period for BLUETTI products?
Most of our portable power stations and solar panels come with a standard warranty ranging from 2 to 5 years, depending on the specific model. Please check the product page for the exact duration.
Can I use third-party solar panels with my BLUETTI power station?
Yes, you can use third-party panels as long as they have MC4 connectors and the voltage/current specifications fall within the supported range of your specific BLUETTI model.
What is your return policy for orders in Europe?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Are there any additional customs duties or VAT for EU customers?
No, for orders shipped within the European Union, the price shown at checkout includes VAT. There are no additional customs duties for customers located inside the EU single market.
